Some of you may be wondering where I’ve been for the past 3 years. Long story short– shortly after my last blog post, I was pretty overwhelmed with finishing my dissertation. I’m now 2 years out of Grad school, and have been on a 3 year hiatus from working out. I’ve recently restarted my fitness journey, and am using YouTube to help keep me accountable.
